Where can I see my Wallets?
Once you have added a wallet, you can view all your active accounts by clicking the "Wallets" link in the bottom navigation menu or the sidebar. There you will find your account numbers and balances.
How do I verify my account (KYC)?
Tap on your Profile icon and select Settings. Under the Verification tab, upload a valid Government ID and a selfie. Verification is typically processed within a few minutes.

I made a transfer but it's pending
Most transfers are instant. If a transfer is marked as pending, it may be undergoing a security check or the receiving bank is experiencing a delay. If it exceeds 30 minutes, please contact us on WhatsApp with your transaction reference.
