1. Acceptance and product-specific terms
By creating a KeduTrust account or using a KeduTrust service, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific terms, disclosures or accepted offers presented for the feature you use. If you do not agree with the terms for a feature, do not use that feature.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
You must satisfy the eligibility requirements for the relevant product and provide information that is accurate, current and lawfully yours to provide. KeduTrust may require identity, account, merchant, affordability, estate-claim or other verification before enabling or completing higher-risk actions.
3. Your account
You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account and for protecting your login email, password, Transaction PIN, trusted-device access and one-time security codes. Do not sell, rent or transfer your account or knowingly allow another person to impersonate you.
4. Security and authorization
KeduTrust may request additional verification, delay an action, place a transaction in review or restrict a feature when reasonably necessary to protect users, verify authority, investigate suspicious activity, complete provider reconciliation or enforce product rules.
5. Wallets, account identifiers, deposits, transfers and withdrawals
Displayed balances and transaction states depend on KeduTrust's authoritative records and connected provider results. Review the recipient, account identifier, amount, currency and fees before confirmation. A submitted external bank/provider transaction may not be immediately reversible.
A KeduTrust internal account number, KeduTrust ID and an external/provider-backed Bank Deposit Account are not automatically the same identifier. Use the receiving details shown specifically for the transaction you intend to make.
6. Bills, airtime, data and Pay Again
Bill services depend on external billers/providers. Availability, package pricing, customer identifiers and completion times may change. Electricity and other supported utility flows may require provider verification of the customer name and service address before payment.
Recent-payment or Pay Again features are convenience tools only. They prepare a new transaction from earlier details; they do not create an automatic debit. Current provider products, pricing, customer validation and Transaction PIN requirements still apply to the new purchase.
7. Public KeduTarget and KeduNest contributions
Where enabled, a KeduTarget or KeduNest owner may share a public contribution link. A guest may be able to contribute through an external payment provider without opening a KeduTrust account. KeduTrust does not credit a target or nest solely because the browser reports success; the provider payment must be independently verified and reconciled by the server.
Target or Nest owners must use contributor information only for legitimate records and administration connected with their goal/family feature and must not misuse contributor contact information.
8. Kedu Shopping and Kedu Business
Kedu Shopping connects customers with eligible merchants and KeduTrust-owned offers where applicable. Product descriptions, price, stock and fulfilment responsibilities belong to the relevant seller, subject to KeduTrust rules.
Protected-payment workflows can include holds, delivery states, QR or confirmation controls, dispute windows, refunds and scheduled settlement. A merchant, courier or browser screen cannot self-authorize protected-fund release unless the applicable workflow expressly permits it.
9. SafePay and protected transactions
SafePay and protected Shopping controls are platform transaction features. They are not, by themselves, a guarantee of delivery, insurance, a guaranteed dispute outcome or a statutory escrow/trust arrangement unless a specific product document expressly provides otherwise.
10. KeduBoost, KeduVault, KeduTarget, KeduNest and similar products
Each savings/goal product has its own rules for funding, withdrawal, lock periods, eligibility, automation and availability. Do not assume that one product's withdrawal rules or return expectations apply to another product.
KeduBoost Spend & Save may move the configured savings amount only after an eligible source transaction reaches the product's required completed state. Exactly-once/idempotent controls are used to avoid charging the same eligible spend repeatedly.
11. KeduLegacy — planning, claims and estate administration
KeduLegacy is an estate-planning and administration-support feature. It can help you record intended beneficiaries, executors, adviser contacts, asset pointers, private planning drafts and legacy messages. It can also support death reporting, claimant intake and an estate-administration workflow.
A death report or public claim does not prove that the claimant is entitled to money. KeduTrust may require death evidence, identity verification, legal authority, estate documents, compliance review and other supporting information. KeduLegacy currently stops at an administration/distribution-review state; it does not automatically pay an estate from the customer's wallet.
Do not store passwords, PINs, OTPs, complete card data, crypto private keys or seed phrases in KeduLegacy notes.
12. Credit, cards and eligibility-based products
Credit and card products, where enabled, are subject to their current eligibility, pricing, limits, repayment and risk rules. A score, estimate, simulator or earlier offer is not a guarantee of approval. Review the final accepted offer before borrowing.
13. Wealth, FX, Global Cash and digital assets
KeduWealth, Global Cash, foreign-exchange and digital-asset features are governed by the quote, provider, market and product rules shown at the time. Exchange rates and asset prices can change. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible, so verify the network and destination carefully.
14. Fees, rates and pricing
KeduTrust may charge fees or apply exchange rates for certain services. Where the product supports a quote, applicable charges should be shown or calculated before final confirmation. Future pricing can change; completed historical transactions retain the records applicable to them.
15. Pending, failed, reversed, refunded and reconciled transactions
A browser message is not always the final financial state. When a provider response is uncertain, KeduTrust may keep a transaction pending or under review while the provider result is verified. Do not repeatedly submit the same financial action merely because a page is slow or a provider response is delayed.
16. Third-party providers
Some services depend on banks, payment processors, billers, identity providers, logistics providers, blockchains or other external systems. Their availability and rules can affect a KeduTrust feature. Where a third party has its own terms or privacy notice, those terms may also apply to your use of that provider.
17. Prohibited use
You must not use KeduTrust for fraud, deception, unauthorized access, money laundering, prohibited goods or services, abusive account access, fake estate/death claims, manipulation of protected-payment controls, artificial transaction activity or conduct that violates applicable law or KeduTrust product rules.
18. Availability and maintenance
KeduTrust aims to provide a reliable experience, but availability can be affected by maintenance, networks, providers, banks, billers, merchants, logistics systems, blockchains and other systems outside direct control. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.
19. Responsibility and limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KeduTrust is not responsible for losses caused solely by information you entered incorrectly, credentials you knowingly disclosed, misuse of a public share link, a third party's independent failure, prohibited use or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
20. Privacy and records
Your use of KeduTrust is also subject to the Privacy Policy. Certain financial, security, commerce, dispute and estate-claim records may need to be retained even after account closure.
21. Changes and termination
KeduTrust may update these Terms or product rules for future use as the platform evolves. Material changes should be communicated through appropriate KeduTrust channels. Ending your use of KeduTrust does not erase outstanding obligations, unsettled transactions, disputes, credit balances or records that must lawfully be retained.
22. Questions, complaints and disputes
Start with KeduTrust Support and provide the relevant account, transaction, order, target, nest, legacy-claim or other reference. You can also email support@kedutrust.com. Mandatory rights available under applicable law continue to apply.
