By creating an account or using any KeduTrust service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

To use KeduTrust, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Providing accurate and truthful information during KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

KeduTrust provides multi-currency wallets, virtual cards, and investment tools. We act as a facilitator for these transactions.

Wallets: Funds held in wallets are subject to anti-fraud monitoring.
Cards: Virtual cards are issued for global spending. Misuse for unauthorized subscriptions or illegal trade will lead to card termination.
KeduWealth: Investment returns are based on market performance and are not guaranteed.

Service fees apply to card issuance, currency exchange, and certain bank withdrawals. All fees are clearly displayed on the dashboard before you confirm a transaction.

• Card Issuance Fee: ₦3,500 (Subject to change).
• Transaction limits depend on your KYC verification level.

You agree not to use KeduTrust for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, financing terrorism, or purchasing prohibited goods.

Enforcement: We reserve the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
